ST Georges new skipper, Anthony Hyde, had no illusions about how tough it would be to slay dragons on a weekly basis after being promoted to the Birmingham League's First Division.

They may have won the Shropshire League title three times in the past four years but the early-season results in elevated surroundings suggest it could be an uphill campaign for the newcomers.
