- A pleasant surprise, Lifetime's "Sex & Mrs. X" (8 p.m., LIF) is the sort of a modern counterpart to such '50s movies as "How to Marry a Millionaire" and "Three Coins in a Fountain." Linda Hamilton ("Beauty and the Beast") is a magazine writer whose husband is ditching her for a younger woman. Conveniently, her editor sends her to Paris to profile a doyenne of the dating game (Jacqueline Bisset) who teaches women how to land rich, even royal husbands. Hamilton has some charming comic moments, and the ending is both romantic and empowering.
