Odds are pretty good that you have never heard of the place, but St. Paul's Sibley Plaza just might be the most cosmopolitan place in Minnesota, the gastronomic crossroads of the Midwest. Between them, the four restaurants (five counting the Subway sandwich shop) and one deli in the strip mall on West 7th St. represent all of the populated continents of the world.
The Queen of Sheba serves Ethiopian cuisine, while the Kiev Foods deli offers specialties from the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe.
