Those who like their history lessons to maintain the tone of a Harlequin Romance will swoon over "Sally Hemings: An American Scandal" (Two out of four stars, 8 p.m. today and Wednesday, WCCO-Ch. 4), a not-so-in-depth look at the relationship between Thomas Jefferson (Sam Neill) and Hemings (Carmen Ejogo), his reputed slave mistress.
