If you want to base your support for a presidential candidate on his character type, there isn't much of a choice between the two Democrats or between the two Republican front-runners.
And if your main goal is to vote for the candidate who is most different from President Clinton, you should choose Clinton's sidekick, Al Gore.
That is according to Aubrey Immelman, a psychology professor at the College of St. Benedict/St. John's University in Collegeville, Minn., who studies the character of politicians.
