(ALM), the nation's leading legal journalism and information company, announced today that it has acquired the business assets of Moran Publishing Company, Inc., the leading publisher of jury verdict and settlement research data in New York. Moran Publishing, a private, family-owned company, is based in East Islip, New York. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
