Annett Holdings, Inc. and Atlanta-based U.S. Franchise Systems (Nasdaq: USFS), franchisor of the Best Inns & Suites hotel brand, have opened Iowa's fourth Best Inns & Suites at 6221 SW Army Post Rd. at the Des Moines International Airport. There are currently Best properties open in Cedar Rapids, Des Moines (Johnston) and West Des Moines.
