LINCOLN, Neb., May 25 /PRNewswire/ --
Transcrypt International (OTC Bulletin Board: TRII) today announced that its EF Johnson subsidiary has signed a technology development and OEM supply contract with Unimo Technologies Ltd. (formerly Kukjae Electronics Co., Ltd.) of South Korea. The agreement calls for the co-development of a new line of hand-held portable radios that operate on Logic Trunked Radio (LTR) and LTR-Net wireless systems.
