KUALA LUMPUR, June 1 Asia Pulse - 3Com Corporation, the US networking giant says Malaysia has been selected to host its regional, Web-based call centre designed to streamline the company's customer relations and boost the effectiveness of 3Com's network of 6,000 resellers in Asia.
The call centre will initially cover Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong, with coverage extending to other Asia Pacific countries later this year.
The new 3Com call centre operated by Datacom Asia, one of the region's leading call centre service providers, would enable 3Com to respond faster and more efficiently to customer enquiries through immediate response or direct routing ...
