1/3 Sandra Hart has a big-time public relations problem.
Hart, a prominent Minneapolis public relations executive, is to be arraigned this morning in Hennepin County Court on felony drunken driving charges. Hart, 43, has been charged with fleeing from St. Louis Park police while driving drunk and without a license on June 5.
Fleeing from police is the felony part of her woes, but far from her only problem.
Hart has nine drunken driving convictions and has been labeled "The Queen of DWIs" by at least one Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) official. And the Hennepin County attorney's office appears to be determined to make an example of ...
