1/3 Shawn T. Ortler allegedly killed a man after seeing him and his friends try to kick in a window of another car in a downtown Minneapolis parking ramp and warning them not to damage his Jaguar, according to murder charges filed Friday in Hennepin County District Court.
Police are asking the public to help find Ortler, 26, who was living in downtown Minneapolis with his girlfriend. He is charged with second-degree murder in the stabbing death of Andrew M. Grose, a 21-year-old college student who grew up in Waterville, Minn., east of Mankato. He died July 30 after collapsing in a parking ramp at 910 LaSalle Av. S.
