1/3 It has been more than 21 years since Halsey Hall's death. But the mention of his name still causes stories to flow much like the gin used to flow from the flask Hall made his traveling companion.
Whether it was Hall's penchant for cigars, green onions, bombay gin, saving a buck or laughing at himself, or his hatred of flying and bat day, everyone seems to have a story about the legendary newspaperman and broadcaster.
