1/3 Tom and Ray Magliozzi, otherwise known as Click and Clack, or the Tappet Brothers, have grabbed a big public-radio audience with "Car Talk," a call-in show that makes car problems seem funny. Their humor ranges from juvenile to black and back again. Some of their biggest laughs come during the "puzzler" section (sort of an on-the-air word problem, a k a as "stump the chumps") of their hourlong show.
