1/3 By the time fans get to their seats at a Florida Panthers hockey game, they will see Edina-based National Car Rental's name on everything from their tickets to the nacho bowls.
Even television viewers will notice the in-ice National Car Rental logo and the Zamboni painted to resemble the company's green shuttle buses.
All that exposure isn't cheap. National Car Rental System Inc. last year agreed to pay at least $22 million over 10 years to acquire the "naming rights" to the former Broward County Arena in South Florida.
