1/3 Never mind that Vientiane, Laos, is thousands of miles away from Tokyo, and half a world away from Mexico City. The whole world meets on Eat Street, the stretch of Nicollet Av. in Minneapolis from Grant St. to 29th St.
The newest arrivals include Pancho Villa Mexican restaurant, 2539 Nicollet Av. S., which specializes in seafood, and Vientiane Sukiyaki Deli, 2734 Nicollet Av. S. (the space previously occupied by Quang's Pastry and Deli - now the Quang Restaurant - which recently moved to larger and more stylish quarters at 2719 Nicollet Av. S.)
The new Quang's, by the way, is 2 1/2 times larger than the old place, and there are still people ...
