- You've probably noticed the dangerous Halloween decoration arms buildup that is creeping over the countryside. It all started innocently enough several years ago with an occasional window-skeleton or black cat, but now you can't avoid encountering a yard full of tree-ghosts and large black spiders. And just when I was settling into a state of complacency, today I passed a house with a pumpkin the size of a two-car garage. It was made of paper and some sort of advanced military-grade superstructure. What do you think we can expect next, and what can we do about it?
