Forget that it's Valentine's Day. Week two of February sweeps is mostly about rocky weather from the sea, outer space and the devil himself:

ABC is likely to scare up some big ratings for "Storm of the Century" (four out of five stars, 8 p.m. today, Monday and Thursday, KSTP-Ch. 5), a cold, calculated study in evil by Stephen King in his first story written directly for television.
