Tobin Real Estate will announce today that it is merging with seven other real estate firms into CRESA Partners, a Boston-based partnership formed by eight regional outfits that have had an alliance for several years.
Bill Tobin, who founded Tobin in 1988 and is a former president of Opus Corp., will be one of the eight individual partners of newly formed CRESA Partners. That's short for "Corporate Real Estate Service Advisors."
