1/3 Surprising as it might be to some of us, there are others of us who don't adore chocolate. Those others might prefer a non-chocolate dessert item once in a while.
Some of those others might prefer non-chocolate desserts all the time, but that's a bit much.
Here's one - a rich peanut butter mousse - that some of us might be tempted to garnish with semisweet chocolate shavings.
That would be nice, but so is the suggested garnish of salted peanuts. They provide a contrast both in texture (even if you use chunky peanut butter, the mousse is very smooth) and in flavor: The saltiness and creaminess are nice foils to each other.
