IN NEW YORK CITY RE-OPENS FRIDAY, FEB. 26, 1988

TORONTO, Feb. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Cineplex Odeon Corporation (NYSE: CPX) has completed an extensive renovation of the 500-seat Cineplex Odeon Waverly Cinemas, located in Greenwich Village, at West 4th Street and 6th Avenue in New York City. The original cinema complex has been remodeled to house two wide-screened theatres which re-opened to the public on Friday, Feb. 26, 1988.
