ORLANDO, FLA. -- Lucent Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: LU) and USA Digital, Inc. (OTC BB: UDIG) today announced an agreement that USA Digital will purchase $24 million of next-generation data networking equipment, including digital subscriber line (DSL) products and integrated access devices, from Lucent.
