SAN DIEGO -- The new joint venture between Eastman Kodak Company and Hewlett-Packard Company has appointed executives to lead its technology, financial, human resources and marketing functions.
Effective immediately, David Clark is chief technology officer and vice president, Richard M. Elkus is chief financial officer, Judy McKelvey is director of human resources, and John Ward is chief marketing officer and vice president.
