It's said that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. While many apply this adage to fine art or their love of another, it applies equally well to music.
Few can weave such a fine tapestry of lost love, despair and abandonment - along with other, much darker emotions better than PJ Harvey. On Tuesday night at First Avenue in Minneapolis, the British singer enthralled and mesmerized the crowd with her pained wails, theatrical moves and grinding blues dirges.
