The industrial real estate market is booming in the Twin Cities metro area, according to a report released Friday by Towle Real Estate Co. Forty projects with 3.6 million square feet of warehouse space have been completed this year and another 50 projects with 4.7 million square feet either are under construction or planned for 1999.
The most explosive growth is in Dakota County, where 710,000 square feet of industrial space was added this year and plans call for nearly 1.1 million square feet more, according to the annual Towle report on the local ...
