The Twins and Orioles began Friday night's game in a rainstorm and ended it in drizzle. In between, the Twins were washed up.
For the second time this week, the Twins lost a game started by a pitcher with an ERA better suited for a gymnastics competition. Doug Drabek (7.85 ERA) and the Baltimore Orioles defeated the Twins 6-3 to continue the Twins' week of woe.
In six games this week the Twins have scored a total of 13 runs, an average of 2.2 a game. Not surprisingly, the Twins have won only two of those games.
