1/3 Only four golfers were left on the course in the first round of the 1997 Masters before somebody found the surest way to play Thursday at Augusta National Golf Club.

After having a tee shot at the 18th hole pinball off the Augusta pines and wind up near the fairway for the 10th hole, John Huston pulled out a 5-iron, rifled a 190-yard shot over a short tree, onto the 18th green and into the cup for a stunning double eagle and a 67 for the first-day lead.

The low-key Huston, maybe still in shock from the amazing finish, said there's a tremendous adrenaline rush from such a shot. But there's another reaction, too.
