On this report card, the grades were wide-ranging, but all for the same reasons: The Legislature did very little to resolve the Twins stadium issue.
That, according to some members of the Star Tribune/KTCA Citizens' Forum, was very good, worthy of an A grade for one.
According to others, such inaction was very bad, deserving of a lowly F.
The final accounting came as 17 members of the Citizens' Forum's stadium group evaluated how the Legislature performed on the Twins ballpark matter.
Two gave the Legislature a flat-out F; seven gave it a D. There were two C grades, three B's and one A. Two said they just didn't know how to mark the ...
