The Naked Man was just getting ready to throw the horned, bearskin-clad Viking for a mighty bone-crunching slam in the Minneapolis Armory.
Great were the preparations.
There were lights, there were cameras, there was a flurry of technicians, grips and assistants of all types. There was action.
The action happened Saturday when the director yelled "action" and the Naked Man, played by Michael Rapaport, a professional actor, grabbed the Viking, played by Doug Fisher, a professional wrestler.
It happened amid the wild bloodthirsty ravings of the rabble in the cheap seats, played by a lot of your basic, decent Minnesota folks.
