Young America Corp. has told employees that it is "in discussion at this time" regarding a possible ownership change. The fulfillment company, which processes coupons and rebate offers, expects to know within four weeks whether a deal will be finalized, said Chuck Weil, president.
Weil, a former General Mills executive who also put in stints at Nestle USA's Friskies Petcare Group and ConAgra Frozen Foods before joining Young America Corp. in 1993, said he could not provide details.
