The Gophers returned to work Friday after a three-day holiday break with a practice agenda indicative of coach Clem Haskins' growing confidence in his team or a realistic assessment of today's winless opponent, Florida Atlantic (0-9). Or both.
Haskins' practice plans Friday and Saturday focused on seventh-ranked Purdue, which will visit Williams Arena at noon Friday in the Big Ten opener for both teams.
