If you've been to Italy, you're probably able to conjure up a distinct memory of gelato.
Pretend to wrap your tongue around a spoonful. Think of the array of colors in the coolers, with pastels on one side and the deepest chocolates on the other. Remember the richness of pistachio gelato and the coolness of lemon. Recall with gratitude that the server would let you try three flavors in even the smallest cup.
Now come up with adjectives - velvety smooth, silken, lustrous, intense. Crave the tiramisu, a three-toned beauty that's a blend of espresso, dark chocolate and real cream; it's so refreshing that the name means a "pick-me-up."
