The spotted canines in "101 Dalmatians" are likely to top the adorability chart with their vulnerability and doggone cute personalities. But do some research before bringing home a Dalmatian pup.
Brian Kilcommons, dog trainer and author of "Mutts: America's Dogs" (Warner Books, $21.95) advises you to find a mixed-breed dog at a local animal shelter or humane society that needs a home rather than a purebred Dalmatian.
