CARY, N.C., June 8 PRNewswire-AsiaNet - Lord Corporation's Mechanical Products Division, Cary, NC, USA and Fukoku Company Ltd., Ageo, Saitama, Japan have formed a Strategic Alliance to design, manufacture and sell certain industrial products for control of shock, noise and vibration on a worldwide basis.
