Jun. 9--The attorney for Clint Reilly -- who's suing to stop the sale of the San Francisco Chronicle -- filed court documents Thursday alleging that the U.S. Department of Justice agreed with Reilly that the true test of whether the San Francisco Examiner could survive into the future was to try to sell it intact with its shared business operation agreement with the Chronicle.
