CHANCELLOR CORP. BUYS VALMONT FINANCIAL CORP. CAPITAL STOCK
BOSTON and VALLEY, Neb., March 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Valmont Industries, Inc. has sold all of the capital stock of its financing subsidiary, Valmont Financial Corporation to Chancellor Corporation (NASDAQ: CHCR).
Valmont Financial was started in 1975 and has originated and managed finance transactions in excess of $200 million to help farmers and ranchers finance their purchases of irrigation systems.
