Pan American Energy opened yesterday a new plant for fuel treatment and a gas pipeline, and the idea is to start exporting gas to Brazil soon. The firm invested US$25mil to open a gas pipeline that will join itstreatment and gas compressor plant El Zorro, in Comodoro Rivadavia with the San Mart=EDn pipeline, which starts in Tierra del Fuego and ends in Buenos Aires. The plant located in the Cerro Drag=F3n area, will produce 1.5 million cubic metres of natural gas daily with an installed total potential of 15,000 HP.
