The National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) ended 1999 on a positive note with an informative annual conference in Naples, Florida. The October 1999 Annual Conference opened with a symposium entitled "Valuation and the Evolution of the Real Estate Capital Markets." NCREIF, the Appraisal Institute, and the Center of Advanced Real Estate Analysis joined forces with the Commercial Real Estate Secondary Market and Securitization Association (CSSA) and the American Real Estate Society (ARES) to sponsor the symposium.
