Radio Unica Communications Corp. (Nasdaq: UNCA), the only national, 24-hour Spanish language radio network in the U.S., announced today that it has acquired radio station KATD-990 AM in Pittsburgh, California from People's Radio, Inc. The station will move to Sacramento, which will allow Radio Unica's San Francisco station 1010 AM to significantly increase power and coverage of the San Francisco and San Jose markets.
