DEROSE RECEIVES FTC APPROVAL FOR ACQUISITION BY FAMILY DEVELOPMENT
IRVING, Texas, March 14 /PRNEWSWIRE/ -- Victor A. DeRose, chairman and chief executive officer, announced today that DeRose Industries, Inc. has received final approval from the Federal Trade Commission for the acquisition by Family Development Corporation of controlling interest in DeRose Industries, Inc. The final step for the conversion of shares will be the approval of the listing application with the American Stock Exchange which is expected in due course.
