YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK, Calif., June 19 /PRNewswire/ --
Percy Whatley, chef de cuisine at Yosemite National Park's Wawona Dining Room in the historic Wawona Hotel, has been recognized by the American Culinary Federation as a Certified Sous Chef. Whatley became an ACF-certified culinarian in 1999.
To earn ACF certification, Whatley attended courses at Yosemite and gained expertise in the areas of sanitation, nutrition and personnel supervision. The ACF recognizes chefs who are accomplished, educated and professionally involved members of the culinary profession.
