RABAT, Morocco - King Mohammed VI, seen as a key U.S. partner on the fringes of Europe, is expected to receive strong endorsement of his reform policies when he visits the White House today.
Economic issues will top the agenda during the first state visit to the United States by the 38-year-old king, who arrived yesterday.
The United States has repeatedly pledged support to what it sees as "bold" political and economic reforms by King Mohammed since he succeeded his father, who died last July after a 38-year reign.
