The Zone Entertainment Group Inc. (CDNX: ZON, www.zone-entertainment.com) today announced its plans for expansion into the US market. In a Letter of Intent signed with AMF Bowling Centers Inc. (NYSE: PIN), the largest owner and operator of bowling centers in the world, the two companies will establish a strategic alliance for the development of new bowling-based family entertainment complexes in the United States.

The proposed strategic alliance will involve the exclusive use of AMF bowling equipment and apply the unique design, layout and operational approach of The Zone's current facilities.
