OKLAHOMA CITY, June 21 /PRNewswire/ --
Marc Newman, President of Lone Wolf Energy Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: LWEI), announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Zenex Communications Inc. Mr. Newman stated, "The completion of the Zenex acquisition validates a previously announced growth strategy of our company." Zenex, which is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Lone Wolf, reported that it carried a record number of long distance minutes in April 2000.
