iDigi Technologies, LLC, announced today that it completed the first stage of a $2.5MM private placement. The funds from the private placement will be used by iDigi Technologies to expand its proprietary wireless broadband technologies to other markets within the United States. iDigi Technologies is a subsidiary of iDigi Communications, LLC, a technology holding company based in Sarasota, Fla.
