Howard Johnson International Inc. announced yesterday that the Howard Johnson International Operators Council (INOC) - a board comprised of and elected by Howard Johnson franchisees - approved an initiative that requires all guest rooms and meeting rooms to be wired for high-speed Internet access using CAIS/VirtuaLINC's total hotel solution.
