AUSTIN, Texas _ In his presidential stump speeches, on his campaign Web site and in his ads and literature, Gov. George W. Bush proudly proclaims himself a "reformer with results."
But when Texans were asked what they thought was the governor's No. 1 reform, 63 percent came up empty.
Despite Texans' trouble identifying the reforms that Bush boasts about, the governor and likely Republican nominee enjoys a high popularity rating and would handily defeat Democratic front-runner Al Gore, according to The Texas Poll.
