eFusion Supports New Legislation Designed to Protect Young Surfers
BEAVERTON, Ore., June 26 /PRNewswire/ --
eFusion Inc., a leading provider of online communication services for eCommerce and Internet business, announced today that its Push to Talk (PtT)(TM) service can help Web sites comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The COPPA, which was implemented April 21 of this year by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), requires certain commercial Web sites to obtain parental consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from children under age 13.
