"The Hungarian Constitution prohibits bias, but the practice is different. Hungarian workers, especially women, are finding that they have few rights and little recourse against discrimination and sexual harassment in post-Communist Hungary, women's and labor advocates say. Despite the Communist-era ideal of men and women working side-by-side, on an equal footing, a feminist movement never developed during the Soviet era and does not exist now.
