Gov. Tom Ridge today announced a new television advertising campaign to encourage Pennsylvania parents to call the state's "Healthy KIDS" helpline toll free at 1-800-986-KIDS to find out if their children qualify for free or low-cost health-care coverage.
"We all work hard to make sure our kids have the things they need. But some moms and dads can't afford something their kids really need -- health- care coverage," Gov. Ridge said.
