VTech Holdings Ltd (SEHK: 303; London SE: VTH: ADR: VTKHY) today announced the signing of agreement with Sensei Ltd, a UK-based specialist designer and developer of wireless portable devices, for the acquisition of the company. The deal will be valued at US Dollars 10.67 million plus 2.67 per cent of VTech shares.
